About IEHP Foundation

IEHP Foundation works with local community-based organizations to advance the health and well-being of the Inland Empire. Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) founded IEHP Foundation, a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit, in 2021. The Foundation strives to ensure all individuals in the Inland Empire have access to Vibrant Health — extending beyond traditional healthcare services and addressing the social determinants of health for the region’s most vulnerable populations.

We will not rest until the promise of Vibrant Health exists for all of us.

What We Do

To advance health equity and combat health disparities across San Bernardino and Riverside counties, we aim to build healthy neighborhoods and cultivate healthy living by strengthening the capacity of local community-based organizations that address the social drivers of health.

We believe that a strong nonprofit network is essential to a healthy community. That is why we invest in building healthy leadership and capacity of local community-based organizations and their leaders through individual leadership development, organizational capacity and coalition development.
