IEHP Foundation Announces New Members Added to its Board of Directors

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIF., March 31, 2025 – IEHP Foundation recently announced the appointment of Paul Earle and Andrea Cuellar to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Both individuals are esteemed community leaders from the Inland Empire, bringing a wealth of experience and a shared dedication to improving healthcare access and overall community well-being.

The addition of Earle and Cuellar will further enrich the Foundation’s mission to advance Vibrant Health throughout the Inland Empire—extending beyond traditional healthcare services to address the social determinants of health affecting the region’s most vulnerable populations.

“We are excited to welcome Paul Earle and Andrea Cuellar to the IEHP Foundation Board,” said Board Chair Karen Scott. “They both bring unique perspectives from their own personal and professional experiences, and we are confident that they will serve as excellent thought leaders for the Foundation.”

Paul Earle is a prominent figure in the High Desert community, serving as the CEO of Shiloh Medical Management, Inc. Originally from Jamaica, he began his career in business and corporate management before transitioning to full-time ministry at his local church in Kingston and later immigrated to Southern California. In addition to his role at Shiloh Medical Center, he also oversees Life Church in Victorville. Having worked in the Inland Empire for several years, Earle has witnessed the significant need to encourage lifestyle changes for improved personal health. He recognizes that education and preventive care are essential for improving health outcomes.

“Lifestyle is crucial to sustainable Vibrant Health. I have observed that changes in lifestyle are multifactorial and are significantly influenced by education, motivation and intentional community,” stated Earle. “It is a great honor for me to serve on the Foundation board alongside committed community and healthcare leaders to promote and facilitate healthy lifestyles and wellbeing in the High Desert and throughout the region.”

Andrea Cuellar’s journey as an immigrant to the United States during her teenage years fuels her commitment to empowering underserved communities. As the Senior Program Manager for Share Our Strength in the Inland Empire, she plays a key role in the national No Kid Hungry campaign, focusing on addressing the root causes of hunger to enhance financial security for families. As a community leader and advocate, Cuellar has co-created paid internships in partnership with the Riverside County Office of Education and has helped fund mobile food banks for farm-working families.

“Joining the IEHP Foundation Board is both an honor and a responsibility,” said Cuellar. “I’m eager to work alongside such a dedicated team to create lasting, positive change for the communities we serve.”

Earle and Cuellar join a dynamic and dedicated Board of Directors for IEHP Foundation, including:
