Nonprofits often emerge from a deep, undeniable need—one that is seen, felt, and experienced by the community itself. Never Stop Grinding Impact is one of those organizations, created during the height of the COVID‑19 pandemic, it rose as a direct response to the urgent needs of Rialto residents, beginning with essential outreach such as COVID‑19 clinics, backpack and holiday drives for families.
What started as immediate relief has grown into a powerful force for community stability and wellness. Today, under the leadership of CEO Darious Harris, a Rialto native and professional boxer, and Chief Operating Officer Tameka Grayson, Never Stop Grinding Impact now serves thousands of residents across Rialto and throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties—ensuring families have access to the tools, resources and essentials needed for a healthy life, especially for those facing financial barriers.
“Through our efforts, we strive to uplift and empower our community, fostering a supportive environment for all,” shared Harris. “Our purpose is to provide love, empathy and resources to youth and adults suffering from emotional trauma.”
Never Stop Grinding Impact strives to uplift, empower and create a supportive environment for all through the following programs and services:
- IMPACTFUL Emotional Teaching (IET) Program
The IET Program equips youth with essential life skills, including self-awareness, self-control, and interpersonal skills—critical for success in school, work, and life. The program also promotes respectful relationships and helps youth better manage emotions and social interactions. It primarily serves school-aged youth across San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. - Youth Boxing Program
This non-contact boxing program promotes positive engagement, self-control, anger management, problem-solving, and nutrition education. Students build physical fitness while gaining important life skills. The program serves school-aged youth and young adults throughout San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. - Food and Diaper Programs
Every Third Thursday, the organization distributes more than 30,000 pounds of fresh produce and a month’s supply of diapers to community members. The program serves people of all ages experiencing economic hardship across San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. - Community Outreach Events
Never Stop Grinding Impact hosts annual events that offer essential services and resources, including free dental and vision clinics, backpack drives, Thanksgiving turkey drives, Christmas toy drives, and more. These events support families facing economic challenges across the Inland Empire.
All programs are designed to uplift the community by offering vital resources, emotional support, and opportunities for stability and growth. The organization serves neighborhoods historically underinvested in and impacted by systemic inequities.
At its core, Never Stop Grinding Impact serves youth and families navigating trauma, poverty, and instability without consistent mentorship or access to basic necessities. The organization addresses two interconnected challenges:
- Unresolved emotional trauma in youth can lead to behavioral issues, school suspensions, disengagement, violence, or justice‑system involvement.
- Basic needs insecurity, such as food and diaper shortages, creates overwhelming stress within families and directly impacts children’s development and stability.
This mission is rooted in lived experiences, both from leaders growing up in Rialto and a deep sense of community responsibility.

“Many participants have experienced trauma, housing instability, economic hardship, or exposure to violence,” said Grayson. “Families often face impossible financial decisions between rent, food, diapers, utilities, and transportation.”
Since its founding, Never Stop Grinding Impact has grown from grassroots pandemic outreach into a multi-program organization serving thousands of families each month. In addition to providing critical basic needs and resources, the organization has helped thousands of students through its school-based boxing and social-emotional learning programs. School partners report reduced behavioral referrals, improved emotional regulation and anger management, increased student engagement, and greater confidence and accountability among students.
“The impact is generational, shifting mindsets, building confidence, and creating environments where structure and emotional healing go hand in hand,” shared Harris.
In just a few years, Never Stop Grinding Impact has grown from an idea into a trusted community partner working with other nonprofits across the region to improve health and wellness.

The nonprofit was selected for IEHP Foundation’s inaugural Champions for Vibrant Health Leadership Network. Through the two-year leadership development program, the organization has experienced exponential growth, including refining its strategic planning, improving governance, strengthening financial sustainability and supporting leadership development within the team.
Most importantly, the program helped shift the organization’s focus from short-term growth to long-term sustainability. Continued learning and skill development helped Never Stop Grinding Impact receive additional funding and training, including the prestigious Bank of America Neighborhood Builders grant in 2025.
“Our partnership with IEHP Foundation represents belief in grassroots leadership and long-term community transformation,” shared Harris. “We are especially grateful for their support, and their investment in our capacity and leadership has strengthened our ability to serve thousands of families each month and expand our school-based youth programs.”
Next step for the Never Stop Grinding Impact is establishing a permanent community hub where holistic services can be offered under one roof for their beloved community and continuing to make Rialto and the Inland Empire a healthier place to live and thrive!
